By ordering you agree to all of the terms below, including the refund policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not order.

Refund Policy:

Terms: All sales are final. No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance once your order is processed. We guarantee the number of visitors and ad totals as stated on our site. We do not guarantee an amount of sales. That's up to you and the offer presented on your site.

We are not responsible for downtime or tech issues you may encounter with your business, hosting provider or server. This is completely beyond our control. You are responsible to make sure your site is functioning properly. No refunds or credit will be issued on lost time due to such issues. 

Our Guarantee: We guarantee to provide you with everything stated on our home page. We put a great deal of effort into each campaign. This is not an automated cookie cutter ad service. We work hard on these campaigns manually, one at a time.

Your Campaign Details: All customers will receive a special "Order Detail" web-page that will contain complete details of your campaign, including a copy of your ad, campaign time frame, plus a stat panel for all packages that include guaranteed visitors. We keep your "Order Detail" page online (for 3 months), so you always have your details available to view at any time.

Guaranteed 10,000 Visitors: You will receive a stat panel with all Guaranteed Visitor campaigns. Traffic is typically completed in full, within 60 days but can sometimes take as long as 90 days depending on the category & system load.

30 Second Visitors:   There is no stat panel on 30 sec traffic. Please check your individual hit counters or server logs for proof of traffic. These visitors are paid to stay on your site for 30 seconds (min) or we will not count it as a hit. All visitors have a verified credit card and bank account. This is excellent traffic! People are paid a few pennies to read about how they can make thousands from your site. It's pretty compelling. (works great for diet, products and services too)

Delivery Fulfillment of Your Order:    Solo Ads go out within 72 hours and complete their run within 7 days. Classified Ad orders begin within 72 hours and complete 30 days thereafter. All Guaranteed visitor campaigns will begin receiving traffic within 72 hours. Most guaranteed visitor campaigns are completed within 30 days. However, some can take up to 90 days to complete depending on the system load & target category. The follow-up magic portion of the Ultimate Ad package send to 200 prospects daily and runs for 120 days.

Changing your Ad: Once your order is process you can NOT change or edit your ad copy of url of your ad.

Regarding Hit Counters:  Our tracking measures will be considered official when determining the amount of hits delivered.
3rd party hit counters on your site do not accurately represent the number of visitors to your site or the number of ads we served. This may be due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short timeframe. Some 3rd party counters cannot keep up accurately. Some only register one hit per referring source url over a specific time. We will be sending you hundreds of hits daily but your counter may only record 1 unique ip hit. (Using re-direct urls will cause this to happen). 

For 10,000 guaranteed visitors, we will supply you with a stat panel to track your campaign progress. (There is no stat panel on 30 second traffic). Rest assured ALL of your hits will be delivered. We want you back to re-order. It is our goal to have you as a lifetime customer.
